1. Introduction
Welcome to The Ad Fathers, a service provided by Wontun Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
"Client": Refers to any individual or entity that engages The Ad Fathers for services.
"Services": Refers to the marketing and related services provided by The Ad Fathers.

3. Services
The Ad Fathers offers a range of marketing services including, but not limited to, digital marketing, social media management, SEO, content creation, and advertising. Specific services will be detailed in the service agreement provided to the Client.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
Cooperate with The Ad Fathers in a timely and efficient manner.
Pay all fees and charges for services rendered according to the agreed payment schedule.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement.
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule and must be made in the currency specified in the agreement.
Late payments may incur interest charges and could result in a suspension of services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information that is not publicly available and is disclosed during the course of this Agreement. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of this Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials developed by The Ad Fathers, including but not limited to, content, strategies, and graphics, remain the intellectual property of Wontun Digital Limited until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Termination by the Client before the end of the agreed service period may result in additional charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Ad Fathers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the services in question.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Ad Fathers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the Client's use of the services or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wontun Digital Limited is established.
12. Changes to Terms
The Ad Fathers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
